After completing his articles in December 2018, Wehan joined Wauko with the opportunity to build and lead a dedicated onboarding department, a concept still relatively new in the industry at the time.
Since then, he and his team has refined and scaled the onboarding function into a key strategic differentiator, guiding clients through tailored onboarding processes that unlock value, enhance visibility, and reduce inefficiencies.
