Rici qualified as a Chartered Accountant (SA) in 2005. She is passionate about developing people to their full potential through mentoring and coaching. Transforming businesses from the inside out.
During the 12 years at PriceWaterhouseCoopers in Stellenbosch she managed a portfolio of SME clients, gaining valuable experience in audit, financial management and compliance. She formed part of a team that implemented accounting software, standard operating procedures, and centralizing services internal to PriceWaterhouseCoopers.
After departing from PriceWaterhouseCoopers, Rici consulted independently for Grovation Consulting on various projects. Projects included management of system implementations, assessing finance function effectiveness, and implementing the changes identified during the assessments.
In 2017 she started at Wauko to create and implement the processes for an outsourced financial management service (WauFM). This extended to the training of new employees in this service and creating a sustainable onboarding process for clients.
Her passion for developing people led her to qualify as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach in 2021 and the creation of WauPerform. She is responsible for the development and implementation of a strengths-based performance leadership system for the Wauko Group and their clients.
