In our continued pursuit of perfection and wauservice levels, we thought it will only be fitting to allow our clients to participate in the rating of our service delivery.
We therefore introduced the waufactor rating mechanism that will form part of any service level agreement (“SLA”) we enter into with a client.
How the waufactor works:
Each client’s business and risks differ from the next, thus each client will have their own set of waufactor (key performance) indicators that we will be rated on.
All waufactor rating indicators should be measurable.
The waufactor rating frequency will be agreed with the client and will mainly be influenced by the type of service delivered to our client.
The impact of the results of the waufactor measurements will be agreed with each client and will form part of the SLA between wauko and the client.
